研修内容はどれも自分を振り返るのに役立ち、とても良かったと思います。また、メンチメーターアプリを使ったリアルタイム のフィードバック収集の方法も面白かったです。

具体的なコミュニケーション手法をアドバイスいただけて学びになった。伝える際にダイレクトな表現になってしまうことがあるので、主語の置き換えや柔らかい表現など参考になった。また、欧州人が持つ日本人に対する率直なネガティブな見解を知られて良かった。

よくある問題を例で示し、同様の状況に陥った時にどのように対処するかを確認しています。 課題を克服するための問題解決方法を一緒に考え（参加型・ワークショップ式）、また模範となる対応なども具体的にご教示いただけましたので、大変参考になりました。

文化の違いを知った上でどのように対応するのが良いかという例が多く取り上げられていて、次の行動につながると思いました。 また、アットホームな雰囲気で心地よかったです。
